After doing some investigation, I can tell that these random ports are being used by qbittorrent. If I stop qbittorrent-nox service, all block reports stop. Otherwise there is about 3-5 blocks per minute being generated by qbittorrent-nox service. I have all incoming ports firewalled except one for the web interface and one for the torrent port.
