I am trying to pull the FOP2 address book into Caller ID Superfecta, but the FOP2 Address book module appears to be broken in 2 places.

tl;dr at bottom. It's not easy at all. From what I can tell, no one makes a device that gives you BLF as anything other than an LED. You could hack an old phone and use the LED circuits to drive relays (Google is your friend) to control a ducking module (Bogen ZPM3 or similar) that you would add with a Sonos Connect and alternate music source.
Solved - My CallerID wasn't working because I was receiving the country code "+1" along with the 10 digit phone number on incoming calls. I installed the "Set CallerID" module and set "${CALLERID(num):2}" for the CallerID Number to strip the first two characters from the callerId number field.
