I have bought a Nas (WD MyCloud EX2). The nas has some applications, among those Acronis True Image, which I have installed and enabled. However I don't get the point of that app. There's a 'Configure' button but it's greyed out. I have downloaded and installed Acronis True Image on the desktop hoping that would 'magically' enable the app on nas, which it didn't.
